The many reactions to the surprise success were also a tribute to the friendly charisma of our mission. After all, our mission is to provide young people, professionals and talents with a lot of joy and passion on their career path with a lot of energy and inspiration in wonderfully designed premises. With a motivated team of instructors, modern training concepts and cool ideas, we want to win many fans and positive ambassadors for our cool professional world of transport and logistics in the midst of our great company.

By the beginning of August 2025, a new training facility will be created in Logistics Center 3, a real meeting place for a curious, cosmopolitan and enthusiastic generation of future professionals. With its innovative, AI-supported EcoShip technology, Shiptec supports inland shipping on its way to greater sustainability. Real-time data and intelligent assistance systems significantly reduce fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions - a milestone for climate-friendly logistics on the water.🚢

Third place went to Loxo & Planzer Paket with their dynamic micro-hub - a pioneering pilot project for highly automated driving at level 4 in urban areas.
