It takes some getting used to: a 40-ton truck that you can hardly hear and only uses batteries to transport goods throughout Switzerland. However, we are relying more and more on electric and hydrogen trucks. Successful Swissmedic basic inspection confirms Galliker healthcare expertise

On January 22, 2026, the periodic basic inspection was successfully carried out at the Altishofen site by the Regional Therapeutic Products Institute (RHI) on behalf of Swissmedic. The aim of the inspection was to review the regulatory requirements and to ensure and maintain our operating licenses in the healthcare sector.

Successful re-certification of our integrated management systems

After five intensive days of auditing at the Altishofen site and at Imbach Schachen, Galliker Transport AG received very positive overall feedback from the SQS auditors. The recertification audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000 were successfully completed and all certificates will be extended for a further three years.
