The Academy supports new customer projects with process definition, taking into account the Galliker standards, and trains employees prior to go-live. In the event of deviations, the Academy carries out process analyses on behalf of the logistics management and then initiates corrective measures.

Knowledge management

Effective knowledge management is essential in order to remain successful in the long term. The Logistics Academy maintains its own Wikipedia for employees. This centrally documents information on software and hardware as well as processes. Supplemented by a modern e-learning platform, knowledge is not only secured, but actively communicated and further developed. In this way, the Logistics Academy creates the basis for retaining know-how internally, quickly training new talent and positioning the company for the future.
