Prospective professional drivers are trained by professional, experienced instructors in the company's own driving school to become professionals in their field. Apprentices and career changers receive practical support on their way to becoming road transport specialists or related professions.

Experienced trainers at the Logistics Academy are responsible for implementing our apprentices' curricula, introducing them to new topics and providing internal training in the world of logistics. This is also where the threads of our e-learning platforms and the knowledge platform Galliker-Wiki come together.

The Galliker IT Academy offers comprehensive training opportunities that help people progress on their individual career paths. Our internal training focuses on teaching new solutions and technologies directly at the Academy so that employees always have the latest knowledge and stay up to date. After completing an apprenticeship, there are numerous opportunities for further training.
Getting to know the corporate world
To ensure that logistics and transportation processes run smoothly, you need technically competent employees behind the scenes of the operational business. In sales, customer service and the coordination and organization of work processes, people are needed who think and act with foresight, efficiency and entrepreneurial sense. These skills are taught to our apprentices in the Business Academy, along with how to deal with customers, partners and employees - enabling Business Academy apprentices to understand and drive forward entrepreneurial processes.
Bodywork and painting trade
At the CarroLack Academy, apprentices are trained in trades that play a decisive role in the quality, value retention and appearance of vehicles. They learn how to protect surfaces, repair damage and refurbish car bodies so that vehicles not only meet the highest standards in terms of functionality, but also in terms of appearance. In this way, they develop important skills that they can use in different areas of the automotive world and set a clear example of precision, quality and passion in the trade.
For the technical and mechanical trades
The Technical Academy trains people who play an essential role in the value chain of the transport and logistics business, as they ensure that all departments can carry out their work without restrictions and with the help of the latest, functioning technology.
Starting an apprenticeship is not only a big step for young people, but also for their parents. In order to overcome this hurdle together, we invite the parents of our new apprentices to a company tour followed by an apprentice aperitif every year. This gives parents an exciting insight into our company and introduces them to the various areas in which their children are completing their training.
During the tour, we will present our company, provide background information on our apprenticeship program and show how we actively promote young talent. At the subsequent drinks reception, parents have the opportunity to talk to our vocational trainers and other parents in a relaxed atmosphere. In this way, we want to involve not only our trainees but also their parents in this important process right from the start and promote open, trusting cooperation.
The connection and insight into the real world of work are essential for pupils who are about to choose a career. In addition to our Future and Junior Days, we therefore also offer individual school visits or company visits to us in Altishofen.
