The 10th PV system on the Altishofen site is in operation

In September 2023, Logistics Center 5 became the tenth PV system to go into operation at the company's headquarters in Altishofen. The installed output of around 820 kWp and the expected production volume of over 1,000 MWh will make a significant contribution to covering the future electricity requirements necessary for the expansion of electromobility.

Like most of our PV systems, this system is also integrated into our own medium-voltage power grid on the site. This allows us to use the electricity we produce ourselves in various buildings or at various e-charging stations on the site. Over 53,500 m² of solar panels are now in operation on the Altishofen site. This corresponds to an area of more than 7 football pitches! Moving big things together is our motto, and with the new LC5 PV system we are consistently pursuing this path.
