Standing still is a step backwards – in few areas is this as true as in the technical developments that have a major impact on our path to the net-zero CO₂ target for 2050. New findings and the resulting ongoing optimization of processes, both internally and externally with customers and partners, are the basis for progress and thus the prerequisite for achieving our environmental goals.

Employee involvement through idea pools

For us, moving forward together means not only defining the corporate strategy "top-down", but also reviewing ideas by involving employees and incorporating them where appropriate. Our CIP program "MARE" is an important tool for this. It stands for clear goals: We want to create a self-learning organization, simplify our processes, continuously improve and be successful in the long term. To achieve this, our employees not only collect disruptive influences, irritants and errors, but also suggestions and ideas - the basis for real improvements.

Moving sustainably together – Bike to work

Galliker Transport AG is actively involved in social and ecological projects. An outstanding example of this is the annual participation of numerous employees in Switzerland's largest health and cycling promotion campaign "Bike to work", which takes place in May and June. Participation is a valuable addition to the company's existing sustainability initiatives. It not only promotes the health and well-being of employees, but also team cohesion and awareness of environmentally friendly mobility. A commitment that pays off in many ways.
